INFRASTRUCTURE & FACILITIES
At present , we have four workshops of total area of 30,000SQF , equipped with e.o.t. crane in each workshop. We also have 12 tons capacity of mobile crane.
Up till now , we have manufactured tanks up to max. capacity of 100 kl , reactors up to 30 kl, shell and tube type heat exchangers 550sqm , jacketed/limpeted ,sealed insulated vessels up to 50 kl, distillation column of 2.0 mtrs diameters x 20 mtrs height.
We have in-house facility of 300 tons hydraulic press , and machine shop equipped with lathes , radial drilling machines , milling machines . Also, plazma cutting machines and profile bending machine. Mechanical polishing facility to meet GMP standards.
We have developed our customized ERP software to optimize costing , manufacturing , QC , planning , design and material management to facilitate the speedy and accurate manufacturing, we are also using SOLID WORKS and CADEM PVD software for mechanical design and drafting.
